Most people do not feel hungry on the Slenderiiz programme because of the unique combination nutrient-rich foods and the supplements that support this programme. However, if you are still experiencing hunger, it is likely that you are not consuming enough healthy fats (see Healthy Fats section of the Approved Foods list) or are exercising too much for your caloric intake. Try adjusting these things first. Focus on consuming more healthy fats, protein and vegetables from the Approved Foods list. Nutrient-dense foods help stave off hunger.
